Peptide Reconstitution Calculator

Enter your vial strength, bacteriostatic water, and target dose. We compute the exact draw on a U-100 insulin syringe, concentration, and doses per vial — live, on every change.

For laboratory research use only. This tool performs reconstitution math for research handling and is NOT medical, dosing, or human-use guidance.

Reconstitution mini-guide
  1. Swab the rubber stopper of both the peptide vial and the BAC water vial with alcohol.
  2. Draw the measured BAC water into the syringe.
  3. Inject slowly down the inside wall of the vial — never directly onto the powder.
  4. Gently swirl to dissolve. Do not shake — agitation can degrade the peptide.
  5. Store reconstituted material in the refrigerator until use.

Storage: Reconstituted — refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within ~28 days. Lyophilized — keep cool and dark.

Formula: Concentration (mg/mL) = Vial (mg) ÷ BAC water (mL).
